Update here: I never received a single response from the service department. I submitted paperwork evidence and my statement to their managers in person and via email. Still nothing and after 4 months, I know have been treated right by Chuck Nash Service Department. Unfortunately they confirmed my fear that Capitol's team dropped the ball on my alignment. Don’t come here. 2.5+ hours for a oil change and tire rotation with appointment. Probably worst Chevy Dealership Ive been too. Only offer complimentary water, no soda, or snacks. Pretty ridiculous with how long they make you wait. Not to mention they have 3% charge on credit cards.
I went to the Chevrolet service center for a tire repair, and they used a plug to fix it. They charged me $40 and took two hours to complete the repair; they suggested that the tire was irreparable and that I needed to buy a new one, to which I replied, "Okay." My car is under warranty, and I purchased GAP coverage. My maintenance is free because I have tire coverage for five years. They tried to scam me into. I can assure you that their technical support and customer service are terrible. I purchased two vehicles, but in the end, I opted for third-party services. I strongly advise against purchasing their GAP coverage—it is a complete scam. I had so many problems with their services that I never want to go back again.
Don’t come here for service! They charged for unwanted products and services and they don’t mention it before the work. They come at the end with a bill listing number of items that no one mentioned at any stage! The service itself is expensive
