Update here: I never received a single response from the service department. I submitted paperwork evidence and my statement to their managers in person and via email. Still nothing and after 4 months, I know have been treated right by Chuck Nash Service Department. Unfortunately they confirmed my fear that Capitol's team dropped the ball on my alignment. Didn't tighten the arm correctly, which has now caused more issues with our car. Not to mention the safety of my family was at risk this entire time. I cannot stress enough... read more

2 hrs for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Worst dealership ever. Only reason I come here , is this is where I purchased my truck. Keeping the poor service consistent is their motto

I've gone here ever since I bought my Equinox that still has less than 30k miles on it. Things had been good. I'm not happy about being quoted $120 for an oil change and very unhappy that even after pleading with Joshua that I had an afternoon class, I still waited four hours. Never again

I bought a 2024 colorado. The battery died completely. When I took it in the clerk said I would have to produce the warranty. I asked if they could pull it up on the GM site. He said they are a separate entity.

I would like to commend Will Arevalo on exceptional customer service. My car was in the shop for a week and a half. He set me up with a loaner car, and he personally called me each day to check up on me and update me on the status of the car. I felt very taken care of and not forgotten in the process. When I came to pick up the car, it had been washed and cleaned on the inside as well. I will be going back to Capitol for all of my Chevy needs in the future.
