Barb Trinidad The manager of Capitol Hill is such a delight to have in the building. She is always welcoming and has an open door policy, which makes everyone comfortable and she truly listens and cares about any concerns. we are truly blessed to have someone who enjoys the residence and has a once a month potluck luncheon organized so Neighbors can get together. Both her and Tyler, our maintenance man are very involved with our community.. Thanks Barb for caring about us!
Our elevator has been down since Friday night. It's Monday and it's still down. No maintenance person or number to call. I'm 75yo and can't walk without a Walker. No one cares. I had to call the fire department for assistance climbing the stairs to my 2nd Floor apartment. The elevator is broken at least once a week. I have lived here for over 5 years and things have gotten really bad the past 2 years. The manager doesn't seem to care.
Elevator has been broken for almost 4 days. Maintenance phone number doesn't work. Our elevator is down every single week. This is a 55+ community. Most of us can't climb stairs. The on site management doesn't care. How on earth is the only emergency maintenance phone number not working? On the weekends no matter what the issues you have no way to contact anyone? If the building caught on fire or a main water pipe burst on a Friday we would have to wait until Monday for help.
The elevator always broken at least every other week. There are 9 washer's and dryer's. The dryer's 6 of the dryer's have not worked in over 4-6 months. This past Friday all 9 washer's broke down. The elevator also broke down starting on Friday. As of today Monday the ELEVATOR AND THE WASHER'S HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED. The emergency maintenance phone number does not work either. The property manager Barbara was excellent and professional. She answer all my questions and the place was very clean and maintain.
