I hope they have better staff now. The night nurse was extremely rude the night my mother passed away. Her name was Dawn. We told the Director of nursing what had happened she completely just dismissed us. I would never recommend this establish to anyone if they care about anyone they love. Beware of this place!

Don't even deserve one star at all. If you have a choice don't bring your love one's here especially if they do rehabilitation.. All therapies are not friendly and they need more knowledge on how to communicate with dementia patient. Very lazy OT and PT. Don't know how to motivate the patient to understand what they want or need for their therapy.. Some nursing staff you can rely and some you can't. Office staff's aren't friendly and not helpful.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I landed in this facility in May 2021. When I first arrived it was 6:30pm on a Friday night. I was left to sit in room for 2 1/2 hours cold hungry tired and still sick after being in hospital with Corona virus. Nursing staff was rude and uncaring. And to sum it up I ended up in St Anthony's hospital Sunday evening only remembering getting in ER did not come to for 13 days. Unless you want your family member to die or be abused or neglected dont put them in this facility.

This is definitely considered bottom tier service. Providing services to every ‘care’ facility, in the greater OKC area. There is never a time when I visit here and am not disappointed for the patients. Or disappointed in the staff. If you ask a question it is answered in defense. IE; ‘well I did my job’. It’s really sad to see how easily ppl forget that they are in the field of caring for others. This is just the culture of this facility.

My dad lives there at this wonderful nursing home. All of his nurse's and staff take really good care of him. I just wanted to tell everyone who helps my dad Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. I've always heard awful things about nursing homes, but this grace living nursing home is very clean and they take extremely great care of my dad. David penner. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who has a loved one that they are not able to take care of . Grace living nursing home is the place.
