The therapists here are hit or miss. The administration is mostly miss. I had one therapist here who I was getting along with quite well--until she abruptly left the practice without notifying me--right after my mother had died by suicide, at the time when I most needed a therapist. It took CCCC administration two months, and one false start, to find me a new therapist. I had several problems with this new therapist. I'll spare the public the details. I was with this practice for a couple of years and would not recommend them for a couple of reasons: 1. The first therapist I had with them (which only lasted a couple of sessions) was clearly inexperienced and made several inappropriate admissions about her personal life in an attempt to connect with me. I had to change therapists because I found it so distracting. The other therapist I worked with was fine, generally, but I did not challenge me in any significant way. Yes my therapist Dr Kevin Morton is the bomb. He is very insightful, encouraging, patient because I can be a handful. I am so thankful that he is still available and committed to helping me with my issues.
As a social work mom, I would choose CCCC again for family services. They are an extension to my family at this point and I appreciate all of their support and dedication. Great job, all of you!!!!
