I would hold off. If you can find a better center definitely do such. From lack of communication to not knowing who handles what. I would hold off on having family come to this center. My father was sent to the hospital. I accidentally found out because I receive emails regarding his results. Had I not I would not have known until he called us. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for residents. They offer a variety of activities and programs to keep residents engaged and stimulated. Overall, it's a great place for seniors to receive the care and support they need.
My mom had been at another rehab and we weren’t too happy with the care. The team at CareOne Brookline assisted us with the transfer and made sure it went as smooth as possible. We toured the facility before putting a plan in place and were thrilled with the rehab and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!
The staff at care one are caring and invested in their work! The nurses abd CNAs have been living abd communicative Kara, the recreation director, has been wonderful with my mom, always visiting her and setting up FaceTime visits with my family, and taking her and other residents outside. She takes the time to get to know a lot about the residents personal histories. The first night my 92 year old husband was admitted to CareOne Brookline, he was recovering from Pneumonia and I was scared and nervous to leave him for the night in an unfamiliar setting. From that first night until the day he left to go home, the kind, professional, and caring staff strived to make him as physically comfortable as possible.
