My brother was here for rehab after falling at home and fracturing his leg. Staff ranged from pretty good to not good at all. When I called to see how he was doing it took several calls over several days to get any response. Eventually he went home with the promise of a wheelchair and hospital bed. Within a few days he had fallen again. After he was home for about a week he fell badly and was taken back to the hospital and then back to Care One. The communication is literally terrible here. All the staff are unfriendly. It took about three days for a doctor to contact me and I had to go in person and seek them out. I originally made a review and apparently, they get notified with every bad review. The nursing director really tried to listened to me, so I deleted the review. He and my mom's doctor assured me that they would be at my mom's family meeting. Conveniently he was "sick" and the doctor wasn't there. This review is for parents and guardians of individuals transitioning from pediatric to adult care. If you're concerned about adult rehab options, CareOne Brookline is an excellent choice for you and your family. So this how i spent my night after the place i was in tried to kill me.so my peoplethe place is called careone in brookline at 99 park st if you have loved ones in this place the some of the night shift are treating your loved ones bad so have you loved ones moved fast because i have seen and heard are disturbing the day shift is good but when night come it becomes hell especially for the ones that cant get out of the bed by them selves. This place gets 1 star and that star was only given because of the day staff
