I have provided ministerial volunteer services to residents at many care centers; i must say that the level of care and the interactions between the staff and the residence that i witnessed at this facility was impressive. The friendly atmosphere; the friendly conversation engagement that i witnessed was beyond any that i have encountered. The cleanliness of the center was another thing that stood out. Thank you Ms Charmaine for your invitation. It was really a blessing!!
The staff there are very nice and pleasant. But the nurse who stood out the MOST was Jinnette. She treated my father amazing. She was always in a good mood, anything my father needed she was always there to give it to him. She communicated well with the family. Gave us updates on him every so often. Shes just amazing. And if i had do this experience with my father again, id do it again at this same place with the very same staff. Thank you From the Abreu Family
The facility is always clean and well-maintained. Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed, respected, and involved in care decisions. It gives our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, valued, and truly cared for.
Fight for your family member not to be sent here. They ignore medical issues, don’t answer phones. Must be poorly funded and understaffed, so it likely isn’t all on the staff but upper management. They ignored my father having a cute delirium and we had to call ER for him as directed by PCP due to them ignoring the issue and letting it get worse
My mother-in-law had a broken hip and sepsis and needed rehab services for strengthening and IV therapy. We decided to go to Careone at Brookline. We couldn’t be happier with the professional nursing services we received, the nursing staff was friendly, caring and definitely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
