My dad just spent three weeks at Care One after a 10 day, stay in the hospital with pneumonia and a serious UTI. The care he received was outstanding. Not only was he up and ready to go at the time we were told. Everything was ready medications, paperwork and personal belongings.After almost a year stay at a previous Care facility. I could not be more happy about the care I received at Care One in Concord. From day one the staff treated me like family. They worked with me to regain the confidence needed to feel more secure on my feet with different types of physical and occupational therapy And to help manage the painful and frustrating symptoms of a chronic and rare disease. Every situation is different, but working with the staff at Care One was certainly beneficial.

Overall, the experience was very good/excellent. The rehabilitation personnel were excellent and the nursing staff were very good. Many of the staff went out of their way to accommodate needs. It was a good choice.

I am happy to have found this. My dad was in a coma the first year of the year, he woke up and has had 2 strokes and we don't know if he has Anzaimer. Let's hope that this rehabilitation works. I know that he will return home soon and will be able to remember us again... I know that it is difficult because of the languages ​​but I have faith that everything will turn out well. Let's hope that he is admitted today. Thank you very much from RICARDO RODRIGUEZ AND FAMILY. Come home soon, dad. We love you.

A friend has just been admitted to this place. Its horrible and I cant believe she's there. My dad was there yrs ago and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I bought him 200 worth of clothing and everytime I went, he was shivering in a tee shirt, sitting in a wheelchair in front of the nurses desk. He passed while I was with him and I had to stand and wait for the disgusting nurse to end her phone call to her buddy to tell he he was dead. Get your loved ones of of there.
