Get directionsIf I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!! My grandmother was moved to care one after about a week and change in Emerson hospital for RSV. In her time at CareOne, she did not improve from her state in the hospital. The reason was clear after we asked for a care log and realized that she was getting PT *maybe* once a day, with entire days of none. She ended up getting released for "lack of improvement" and after another ultimate hospitalization, got replaced at another location where she improved significantly in comparison. At C... read more
Terrible care! My sister had a higher risk of falling there than at home. The staff we interacted with was not friendly nor were they helpful. We spent an entire day with my sister and not once did someone come to check on her. Her alarm kept going off because she was a fall risk and no one came. She fell the first day and never notified anyone! They just put it in her record. Never send a loved one here!
My dad just spent three weeks at Care One after a 10 day, stay in the hospital with pneumonia and a serious UTI. The care he received was outstanding. Not only was he up and ready to go at the time we were told. Everything was ready medications, paperwork and personal belongings. After almost a year stay at a previous Care facility. I high... read more
My grandmother was recently admitted to CareOne in Concord MA. My family has never brought her to a rehab before so of course we had our own reservations & were incredibly nervous. Update? Everyone has been so kind and helpful! The nurses seem to really be on the ball at this location. The rehab team have been so helpful to my grandmother and have her walking / being physical to the best of her ability. The admissions process was a breeze; seamless and smooth, could not have asked for anything better. The aids that have bee... read more
My mother was at CareOne Concord for 2.5 weeks for COVID. OT and PT were good. There was one very good aid and one pretty good nurse. Otherwise, the rest of the day staff was nice, but seemingly not enough of them and poorly organized. Mom reported that the overnight staff was disinterested, not helpful and condescending. She had to wait up to an hour after ringing the bell, even though she wasn't supposed to go to the bathroom by herself. Four of her important medications disappeared and it took 2 days each to get replen... read more
