The common areas for patients lacks sunlight. The common areas are filthy. The phones are hardly ever answered to get through to family due to one main phone used for every in and out call by staff. There are no phones in rooms for the patients there. There are 3 beds to a room, set up like a hospital with curtains in between. They promote they rehabilitate but have not 1 wheelchair in the facility. All violations of the americans with disabilities act. The online photos are staged photos and very very old. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous they met every demand that I needed. The groups were all day long and they had answered any questions that I had this place has absolutely changed me in a way I wouldn’t thought had.
Best long/shirt term care facility. Staff is courteous. Building is clean. Food is top tier
My sister was admitted to CareOne at Lowell when she was 31 years old due to a traumatic brain injury from a car accident. Staff members that no longer work for Care One like Kelly Bemis and current staff -Napoleon Battle, Nessreen Aidelbi and Maria Quintero just to name a few were great contributors to my sister's progress and I'm thankful for their assistance.
