The common areas for patients lacks sunlight. The common areas are filthy. The phones are hardly ever answered to get through to family due to one main phone used for every in and out call by staff. There are no phones in rooms for the patients there. There are 3 beds to a room, set up like a hospital with curtains in between. My sister was admitted to CareOne at Lowell when she was 31 years old due to a traumatic brain injury from a car accident. Staff members that no longer work for Care One like Kelly Bemis and current staff -Napoleon Battle, Nessreen Aidelbi and Maria Quintero just to name a few were great contributors to my sister's progress and I'm thankful for their assistance. The team at CareOne has been caring and works well with me (family and health care proxy) in regards to my weekly visits and on external Specialist Dr appointments to ensure my family member is doing the best he can do to improve or be comfortable and happy. This includes me working with the Nurses , staff and clinicians to ensure he visits neurologist, cardiologist and other specialty drs.
