The team at CareOne has been caring and works well with me (family and health care proxy) in regards to my weekly visits and on external Specialist Dr appointments to ensure my family member is doing the best he can do to improve or be comfortable and happy. This includes me working with the Nurses , staff and clinicians to ensure he visits neurologist, cardiologist and other specialty drs. Terrible, it's like a 1950's Mental Asylum! I was sent here 3 months ago and they're slowly killing me. Ask a nurse or CNA for help or a question and they walk away from you! Abusive, Neglectful staff! Terrible DR., N.P. they don't listen and spend 2 minutes with patients and walk away hence no health problems get attention. Place is a joke applied a few times but someone there be blocking me it's OK this place is Terrible from what I'm told there are clear bias in this place obviously no grown ups in charge cause there a kid making the decision there plenty of better places to work don't even bother put your ear to the ground and you will.hear nothing but bad things from this place anyways including abuse
a friend of mine who has no family in this country was placed here after his employer could no longer pay for him to be at Spaulding in Charlestown. he has an brain injury and is basically being left to die in this facility. There has been no progress since he arrived there, he constantly needs to be bathed and it is the hardest thing watching him sit there. He has state insurance now but there's got to be a better place for him than this.
Great place to work. Staff truly care about the residents and each other. Management is supportive and there is daily learning opportunities to grow in your field. Nursing goes above and beyond for their residents care. Residents are well loved and taken care of by all.
