DIRTY, DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ELDERLY NEGLECT. I wish I could give zero stars because there was NOTHING good about this place. Absolutely NOTHING. My grandmother stayed here and I was MORTIFIED to say the least at the conditions and the treatment at this facility. When my grandmother first got there no one checked on her for a long time. My Father is currently at this rehab and is not getting the best care. He has been there for two weeks and has not received one shower yet. His toothbrush and hair brush are still in their packaging. We had a family meeting and they told us PT couldn't happen because of him being covid positive but a week ago we were told he is no longer contagious. In the meeting, no therapist showed up to give there review on how he was doing which makes me question if he is getting services or not. Please double check all facilities ... read more
The entire staff, including CNAs, nurses, PT & OT specialists, as well as doctors, were knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The facility itself was clean and well-managed, but it was the people who made my stay positive. I noticed that when some of the patients seemed confused and upset because of cognitive decline, the staff remained patient and humane to everyone.
