My Mother is 96 years old. I was taking care of her single handedly for over 12 years. About two years ago watching her health decline and fearing that if something happened to me, with my family faraway, I would have to have the Plan B. I started visiting nursing homes in the area. Care One of Northampton has been an amazing blessing in our life. The most caring and compassionate staff that is of the highest quality care. Our mother lived with them for 8 years and we found a place filled with more love and genuine care than I ever could have imagined. We are forever grateful! Highly Recommended!!!!

I’m writing this on behalf of my wife of 61 years. I never saw a more perfect place where everyone works as a team in times of emergency and around the clock with needs designed for each individual patient. There’s a lot of great things about CareOne in Northampton Massachusetts, and I will leave a review about that after my father’s stay. However, I need to say that CareOne needs to change whatever is happening in FOOD SERVICES! My father is lucky if he eats one meal a day here because the food is so bad. I would not recommend this facility. My father was sent here for hospice. They required a two-week prepayment at $400/day from my ailing and distraught mother. My father died 4 days into his stay. The facility has yet to refund any money for his unused days and has refused to return multiple phone messages that my mother and I have left. Stay away!!!
