We highly recommend CareOne at Parsippany. My mother was there twice. Once for rehab after a Covid hospitalization and again two years later after a stroke for Rehab. Very clean, excellent quality food and food choices, caring staff, and a home like setting in the rooms. It doesn't feel like you are in another hospital. Good communication with the management and staff when needed and good follow-ups.

These care establishments must be closed right away. hiring employees who don't give a damn about the patients they look after, leave them alone for hours on end, and aren't even able to feed them correctly. These are our family members, whom we entrust to your care in order to assist, but you guys act in the exact opposite way. Your employees are whining about caring for their patients, but why do they come to work in the first place? To flaunt their Stanley cups and discuss what X, Y, and Z are up to this weekend? Yesterday 1/08/24 i left feedback through Care One’s feedback platform because each of the several times I requested an email address where a patient can bring their concerns to the attention of management I was refused that information. Less than 24 hours later I was confronted at bedside by a manager here who warned me in no uncertain terms that if I didn’t immediately delete my feedback none of the issues I outlined would be addressed and that there would be further consequences. How this place stays open surprise me. Understaffed & incompetent workers including the DON. My sister was transferred there from the hospital no one bother to read her chart to know her hands and feet are paralyzed. She cried everyday for her husband and family to get her our of there. They locked her door & didn't give her the call bell because they didn't want to be bother with her.

This facility is so clean and which is very good for our elders' mental health due to always having good vibes every single day with excellent ambience that the entire environment at Care One Parsippany provides. My mother in law is admitted through this facility through Rikka and she has provided an amazing accommodation for my mother in law.
