I must give a review to acknowledge the activities Director Greta Smith with her professional and most importantly personal attention to each and every resident. Always gives her all in having wonderful activity programs for them to interact and many different and unique classes each month. My father suffered in there with no help. He is paralyzed from the waist down.. he called everyday for help to get out of bed and go into a chair and they would say they would be right back and they would leave him abandoned for hours.. he developed a severe wound on his rear end for not moving for days. Then I said I was checking him out to bring him home to take care of my mother because she has dementia. He's the brains and she's the body. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Kirsten and Mc Neil with a basket of goodies until I said goodbye 3 weeks later, my care was first rate. First, when I couldn’t help my self to the bathroom etc. all aides came quickly and cheerfully. Meds were distributed on time.
