The care is horrible. You never get your medication even close to on time. The na,s batch about doing their jobs. They all talk Haitian so you can't understand them. I've waited 80 minutes 75 minutes. And 65 minutes for my last 3 doses of medication. Communication between the nurses and nurses aides is almost non existent! Everybody passes the buck. Do Not Send anyone you care about here!!! Name should be changed to Care Less....Patient was supposed to be on a ground moist diet, instead she was given hotdogs, Sausages, Taco Salad Etc. No Therapy .. and the Nurse on the 2nd Floor was a Bully....No Compassion here....
If I could put zero stars I would horrible facility I’m trying to get my mother in law transferred to a hospital as she is in bad condition and they had me transferred all around for 10 mins just to say they’ll call me back. Never send a loved one here. Place needs to be investigated Edit: She passed a way a week after this review. My mother was admitted yesterday and many mistakes have been made. She is only able to eat puréed food and thickened liquids but the kitchen and the staff keep bringing her food that is unsafe for her to eat. Her medication arrived more than two hours late because of a nurse who was clearly struggling to learn her job. My efforts to address these issues with supervisors have been unsuccessful.
Do not under any circumstance put a loved one in Care One in Randolph. It’s by far a horrible experience dealing with this facility. It has a CMS rating of a 1 and for very good reasons. The communication is horrible. Anytime you need to speak with someone, they’re always in a meeting. I’ve been there in person asking to speak with someone and they’ll tell you they’re in a meeting and I tell them I wait. Well, they’ll let you just sit there and wait.
