The level of frustration I feel is beyond belief. We are at their mercy and her care reflects that exactly. Trying to get an answer of someone who cares is non existent. If you love your family member DO NOT send them here. There are a handful of people that actually care about the patients. Things seem good Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm other than that the care is terrible. I did not want to send my father here but was told no one else could take him so I toured the facility and thought it would be ok. I was very wrong. Not even making this up or talking ill of anyone send your family here if you want them to deal with......since April 11 to my 17 "2024" 1.Cockroach infestation , crawling all over me nightly. 2. Over 200.00 in the past month having to buy my own food to wich the director will just laugh when you tell her and say WOW you got it like that? UM NO I'm on disability!! There appears to be a thief in the midst of at least the third floor is this facility. My grandfather got his wallet stolen, and apparently now his shadowbox, which was a gift from his family has also been swiped. I’m guessing that somebody has the attitude that it won’t be missed because of his condition or maybe the staff just doesn’t know how to watch out for these things. My Mom was in this facility, after an illness. I did not hear good things about them, but it was the only facility available that fit her needs (short term) & I make my own decisions about people & places anyway. Seemingly nice place, clean, staff was very friendly. However, when the Patient's are alone, is when the hell starts. My Mom was left in dirty diapers for 12 plus hours, regularly.
