I had a great experience here. The staff is kind and welcoming, but the activities department was definitely the highlight. They always have something fun planned, and the activity staff does a great job keeping everyone involved and making residents feel included. Gabrielle is definitely my favorite staff member here in CareOne! During my visits I was impressed by excellence, the facility truly stands out in providing high-quality care and a warm, supportive environment. The staff are not only professional and skilled but also incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of both residents and their families. My experience with CareOne at Randolph has been very positive. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for residents. The activities director here is absolutely wonderful—so engaging, warm, and welcoming to everyone. It brings me so much joy and peace of mind to see how they go out of their way to invite and encourage my brother to join in on the activities. Their energy and care truly make a difference in her daily life!
