I had a great experience here. The staff is kind and welcoming, but the activities department was definitely the highlight. They always have something fun planned, and the activity staff does a great job keeping everyone involved and making residents feel included. Gabrielle is definitely my favorite staff member here in CareOne! It was incredibly easy to communicate with her and she never failed to make sure my mother had an activity to do instead of staying in her room. I cannot say enough good things about CareOne at Randolph! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly welcoming. The activities team goes above and beyond, making sure to visit downstairs room-by-room so no one is left out, and they host fantastic events and cookouts for everyone to enjoy. The activities director, Jolanda, is absolutely amazing and welcoming. During my visits I was impressed by excellence, the facility truly stands out in providing high-quality care and a warm, supportive environment. The staff are not only professional and skilled but also incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of both residents and their families.
