My Mom was at CareOne in Weymouth from March 1, 2025 till today, March 10, 2025 in the Clover Wing. She was there after one week in the hospital and needed some rehab to facilitate strength so she could walk better. I first visited the facility before she arrived to ease my mind and was greeted by a smile from the moment I walked through the door. I have nothing but glowing praise for care one a fantastic staff. I came here unable to walk unassisted. A patient and caring staff helped in a manner that made me able to walk again by myself and without a cane. I still have a ways to go. I am grateful to all the people who helped me get better. I was in 3 hospitals and two full months. Of recovery. I will be returning to Martha's Vineyard in good stead. When they say healthcare heroes they mean care one. The Weymouth location is clean and the staff is very helpful and patient. The nurses and attendants do a good job taking care of patients and will stop and answer questions without hesitation. I highly recommend this location to recover!
I can’t really give a star review as I couldn’t even talk to anyone . I just stopped by because they have accepted my husband from a hospital and I wanted a quick tour. The receptionist said have a seat. Someone will be right with you. After 45 without so much as an update, I left. If my husband does get transferred here, I would hope that the care he receives is 100% better than my reception.
*****UPDATED REVIEW FEBRUARY 2025***** My loved one is not a current patient here but I do need to report that the wheelchair that was customized for him and brand new was stolen when he was a patient there srom July-September 2024. This is a fact because I recall that the chair he initially had sent from Sullivan's pharmacy and medical equipment was brand new, reclined with high back and foam headrest.
