I have nothing but glowing praise for care one a fantastic staff. I came here unable to walk unassisted. A patient and caring staff helped in a manner that made me able to walk again by myself and without a cane. I still have a ways to go. I am grateful to all the people who helped me get better. I can’t really give a star review as I couldn’t even talk to anyone . I just stopped by because they have accepted my husband from a hospital and I wanted a quick tour. The receptionist said have a seat. Someone will be right with you. After 45 without so much as an update, I left. If my husband does get transferred here, I would hope that the care he receives is 100% better than my reception.
One of the worst 4 days of my family’s life. It was absolutely horrible! No one helped. My dad has dementia and needed to go to rehab after a fall and seizure. There is absolute nothing positive I can say about Care One Weymouth. Myself and family decided after day 3 that we had to get him home!!! Zero response to requests for help or assistance. Poor hygiene practices. Neglect and zero empathy all around. Each day was worse than the day before. Day 4 we discharged him at 11:00 am. DO NOT go to Care One Weymouth!!!
I would not allow anyone you love to go to CareOne in Weymouth. My father was there for 4 days when we decided to take him out. He was there for rehab after a fall. He has dementia and was left on his own. It was as if no one read his chart or just didn’t care. It was such a bad experience. The excuse of short staffed is just not acceptable. I spoke to the Director of Nursing today regarding my loved one’s and current patient at this facility’s care. Unfortunately, the nursing care provided at this facility is downright pitiful and neglectful. My family member has lost significant weight and has gotten Covid since being admitted here. She is there for rehab after surgery. Her pain is not managed at all. She has witnessed patients falling with significant injury requiring hospitalization.
