This is an ok skilled nursing facility. I would say that at first glance, right when you walk in, the facility has some nice sections and well put reception/waiting area. They are also really good at scheduling transportation for your loved ones medical appointments while there. During a family meeting, I was also helped with getting my mother a hospital bed and a Hoyer lift to help ease some of the strength I was using to get her in and out of bed. My loved one is a current patient here and I've noticed a serious decline- today he was sitting in his urine (we called to help him and he was hoyered into bed), I spoke to yesterday's nurse about the change in his voice since the day prior (he is now muffled and slurred speech) with no mention of how much PT or OT he is having (he was sent here from SSH for rehab). I feel like he has declined more so since admitted and he's only supposed to be here for rehab - I feel like being here is accelerating his death. My mother aske... read more

I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before I put my elderly Mom in here to rehab and get stronger after a hospital stay. For the most part it's been pretty good. It's a clean place-My mom said the food is pretty good. Could the staff respond quicker? Probably, but for the most part the stay has been pleasant. My mom has been treated well. The staff greeted upon checking in and were so friendly and welcoming. She's still in there-but so far so good.

My mom was getting up in years and with less time on our hands to take care of her, my siblings and I decided to look for a home where she could receive around the clock care. I cannot be more happy to say that CareOne went above and beyond to support my mom and the rest of the family into settling in. From Nurse Corey, to the Admissions Director Lorena, the staff went the extra mile to support us.
