My dad was admitted here from the hospital. He has dementia and other issues. We’ve been to other rehabs with him, and CareOne is like a 5-star resort in comparison. The staff is amazing - attentive, detailed, caring, communicative and consistent. The room is clean, spacious and bright. It is not depressing here.

This facility deserves every one star review it receives. It's genuinely shocking the limits of incompetence, accountability, and subpar care this place and its staff can provide. When my father was being discharged we were told that this was the only option for skilled nursing we could send him to, but the low ratings left me concerned. Within the first day of his arrival we knew allowing him to be transferred there was a mistake. My 92-year-old mother was admitted to rehab after a brief hospitalization at SSH for a left-sided stroke. I live in New Jersey, but I'm closest to her and have been involved in her care. My only contact with the staff has been by phone, and every single one of my interactions was unpleasant. The very first call I got was from the discharge planner, who was incredibly abrupt. My mom was @ CareOne for a month we had a wonderful experience it’s not easy choosing a place for your LO i definitely made the right choice everyone treated my mom wonderful I felt very safe with her there The nurses Emily and Chi chi were so kind to my mom Arianna was GREAT! Kylee was absolutely amazing with everything for my mom she even called me after to discharge to see how she is doing at home! I recently spent time here. The care taking staff were rude, ignorant and mean. PT dept was great and I thought that was good enough for a couple of weeks. I developed athletes feet while I was there. I just left SSH and I'm waiting to see if I'm going to lose my baby toe. Please please choose another rehab for your loved one.
