I truly wish I could give 0 stars. Please please please do not bring your loved ones here you’re better off hiring a strange homeless man to come in and take care of your loved ones in their own home they would get more care that way. My grandmother is 93 years old and I say this in the most non-biases way is the sweetest, funniest, loving woman she was a director of nursing in nursing home facilities her whole life so she knows how they should be run. My Mom has the misfortune of having been shipped off to this place following care at South Shore Hospital. She did not make it more than 2 hours. I won't go into details, but let's just say they do not have an inhouse pharmacy and hence did not have vital medications and I will.close with saying that preserving dignity is not their thing.

I have been to the mountain top and I have looked around. I'm 47 male W & care1 wey is the best I've been too I've been to 2 others. Look no place is perfect and it depends on your manners please and thanks go a long way. I had a botched surgery on my ass cheek as paraplegic ("94") it's life altering. Care1 is clean they care as best they can w SSrvic's but the nurse squad and specialist's that I experienced was top notch. Look nobody is going to be happy at a nursing facility. I recently spent time here. The care taking staff were rude, ignorant and mean. PT dept was great and I thought that was good enough for a couple of weeks. I developed athletes feet while I was there. I just left SSH and I'm waiting to see if I'm going to lose my baby toe. Please please choose another rehab for your loved one.

I would strongly recommend that you do not send a loved one to this facility. My dad was sent to the Clover Wing at CareOne after emergency surgery to remove his colon, which required an ileostomy bag. He was also grieving the loss of my mom, his wife, who passed away from cancer the same week, and understandably he fell into a severe depression.
