My mom has been a patient at Care One Wilmington Rehab three different times, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff here truly go above and beyond. The nurses are caring, attentive, and always made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are also outstanding. I would like to share how wonderful my experience has been at Care One Wilmington Rehab. The staff here are amazing and truly care about their patients. My mom was in for rehabilitation after a short hospital stay. The issue in this facility is not the hard working nurses, PT or CNA’s, it’s the administration. Kathryn Hooper is the absolute worst communicator. It is her job to communicate with the families and she fails miserably. My mom relies on 24/7 oxygen and somehow her concentrator that supplies the oxygen became unplugged. I was so grateful to Care One for the wonderful care they gave to my husband. The staff there was so wonderful, caring & so professional. I had him transferred there from another rehab (Bear Hill) and the difference in his treatment was incredible. I felt so lucky to have found this place for my husband. Staff so kind. Nice vibe. Physical therapists worked hard with dad. Helped a lot. Wound care was comprehensive. Would recommend for any family member
