I recently had a family member on the rehab unit.Overall, I was quite impressed with the level of care and attention provided to the residents. The staff at CareOne were warm, professional, and responsive to the needs of the residents. I was particularly impressed with the nursing director checking in with patients and families. My Mother in law has stayed at Care one 2x and we can't say enough about the care she got there. The staff was so good to her. The therapists were great at getting a stubborn woman to do what needed to be done to go home. I Have recommend this facility to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you Care one staff for going above and beyond for our family.
My mom was a patient at CareOne in Wilmington for a total of 19 days and I was pleased with her care. The aides were all very kind and the therapists were exceptional. The food was ok, could definitely be some improvement in the offerings. I was there with her the majority of time each day and would recommend family presence as much as possible.
While there’s no happy part of a relative going a rehabilitation center, the staff at CareOne Wilmington made my mother’s stay as pleasant as it could be. One staff member, Erica, went above and beyond to ensure that my mother was happy and comfortable. She went so far as to help my mother fix her hair when she had trouble doing it on her own. The care that the staff showed my mother made her stay in the center so much better than it could have been.
My mom was there this past month in February and unfortunately passed away. I dreaded that she had to come here but I have to say they have the most dedicated and most kind staff around. Special kudos to the nurses Beatrice , Joe , Shannon , Cna Karen and all of the other wonderful Cnas who took such good care of my mom . (Many more I can’t remember all the names) In the end this was all that mattered to our family ❤️
