I was so grateful to Care One for the wonderful care they gave to my husband. The staff there was so wonderful, caring & so professional. I had him transferred there from another rehab (Bear Hill) and the difference in his treatment was incredible. I felt so lucky to have found this place for my husband. It gave me peace of mind and such a relief to have him placed there. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Care One! Thank you to all the amazing caregivers and staff. My mom was in for rehabilitation after a short hospital stay. The issue in this facility is not the hard working nurses, PT or CNA’s, it’s the administration. Kathryn Hooper is the absolute worst communicator. It is her job to communicate with the families and she fails miserably. My mom relies on 24/7 oxygen and somehow her concentrator that supplies the oxygen became unplugged. I recently had a family member on the rehab unit.Overall, I was quite impressed with the level of care and attention provided to the residents. The staff at CareOne were warm, professional, and responsive to the needs of the residents. I was particularly impressed with the nursing director checking in with patients and families. They seemed genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable, making the residents feel at ease. My Mother in law has stayed at Care one 2x and we can't say enough about the care she got there. The staff was so good to her. The therapists were great at getting a stubborn woman to do what needed to be done to go home. I Have recommend this facility to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you Care one staff for going above and beyond for our family.

My mom was a patient at CareOne in Wilmington for a total of 19 days and I was pleased with her care. The aides were all very kind and the therapists were exceptional. The food was ok, could definitely be some improvement in the offerings. I was there with her the majority of time each day and would recommend family presence as much as possible.
