The crew we have in Heritage have it made, in the morning they play on their phones for a half hour, around 10am they unhook their trailer, go to Frys on Tilman, meet several other crews working in the area for a 2 hour lunch, what they do here in a week is probably 3 days of work, very unfair to their employer which is passed on to the Heritage community
