Building maintenance is lacking and general maintenance can be slow. Amenities such as hot water, laundry, elevator are frequently out of service. While there is regular building cleaning service, common spaces (laundry area, stairwell, elevator) are usually still dirty. Building is not very secure as front door is often left unlocked and packages have gone missing on several occasions.
