This office is the absolute worst. 10+ years in and they have not identified why certain things keep happening. And dont get me started on perimenopause care. They will refuse to send refill approvals for medication you need to stay alive to the pharmacy if you owe them any $, money you never received a bill for or you would have paid it. You can never speak to the doctor and when you call all you get is voicemails. Stay far away from this place.
