I always have a great experience at Caring For Families. I see Dr. Truesdale and Max. They are an efficient team. Max is positive and always greets patients with a smile and conversation. She makes patients feel welcome. Dr. Truesdale is highly knowledgeable and thorough when addressing health issues and concerns for patients. He listens to his patients and checks in frequently to see if his patients have any questions. He does a great job explaining information so that his patients have a good understanding. I have been a patient at Caring For Families for many, many years. The staff is friendly and so personable! Dr Whitten is a fantastic doctor! She is always willing to listen, and helps develop plans for a very proactive lifestyle. The physician's assistants are kind and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Caring for Families.

After 18 years as a patient, I’m extremely disappointed how low this office has declined. The billing department doesn’t communicate, the online portal rarely works, and paperwork is often incorrect or impossible to obtain. Voicemails go unanswered, and when I was seriously ill, I didn’t receive proper medication support. I never receive a bill in the portal, email, or in mail throughout all these years. Thirty years ago, we were blessed to have **Dr. Andrew Cynthia** as our primary care doctor. Our whole family loved Dr. Andrew. She was caring, understanding, and most of all, she truly took the time to sit with her patients and ask thoughtful questions. The doctors and PAs at Caring for Families are very good, as well as the staff. They work hard to make sure that your needs are taken care of and all your questions have been answered. The doctors, the PAs, and the staff are attentive and prompt. We arrived a few minutes ahead of time, and we were quickly taken into a room. The doctor took their time to go over all our questions and make sure we understood the answers. Very well run doctor's office.
