I am a very nervous person, especially when it comes to therapy. I had 1 session with Carl and I felt more heard and understood than I have felt in a very long time! The last time I went to therapy it was a huge struggle to connect with my provider, and they lacked experience with neurodivergence. Carl knew exactly what I was looking for.
