Horrible hoa. Raises annual dues when nothing has changed. We have a Small pool for neighborhood and 2 entrances to up keep. They hire "family" to do the work. We went from 75.00 annual dues to 230 annual dues now in 3 years. Again no new structures or anything to maintain. Doesn't enforce rules or fine for violations either. Just collects the dues and does nothing!
Place is nice and clean. Came to see Dr. Cass at ADLABS Work on my son's ankle. Did a great job.
Savannah II employees try to get things done and keep their community happy. Yet, the stairs, stairwells, walkways and elevator have not been cleaned in a LONG time. Some say it's been over a year. We have been told repeatedly it will be done, but nothing happens other than an email showing a work order and requiring the resident to log in to resident portal -- where there is not explanation. They do not do repairs unless you hound them. You sometimes have turn in repairs several month in a row before something is fixed. One maintenance man who was called in an emergency when our air conditioner wasn't working because of a plugged drain told me to live with it until the next day. It was 95 degrees outside. He said is could open my window and use a fan to stay cool. I am 71 years old and that was not a thing I wished to do. I also have severe allergies and opening the window would only make it worse.
