Carly is very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She’s very easy to talk to and always allow me to express myself and what i’m going through. She also responds in a timely manner when I have questions, concerns or need paperwork filled out. I truly appreciate her assistance with everything!
Carly refuses to listen to anything I suggest. This health professional is more focused on giving out cookie-cutter advice than actually listening to her patients. She barely takes the time to hear them out, and when she does, she still ignores their concerns. Her advice feels rushed and uninformed, and it often misses the mark entirely. It's frustrating and disrespectful—patients deserve a doctor who listens and takes their unique needs seriously, not someone who just goes through the motions.
