Showed up to my appointment got the check in text at 10:07 appointment at 10! Join did the assessment my provider NEVER showed , then they’re telling me there a grace period which is fine if you didn’t send me the link at the END of my grace period MIND YOU I waited 3 weeks for this appointment that I’m paying for for NOTHING didn’t see or talk to anyone waited 20 minutes from about 10:17 after completing the 8 MINUTE assessment!
