We didn't have the same experience as other reviewers. Idk why this place gets a bad rap. One time we got seen same day for an urgent appointment. And another time the receptionist sat on the phone with my insurance helping me. The staff has been nothing but nice. Usually the majority of people making these bad reviews are those against vaccines - so take that as you will. While the doctors and nurse practitioners have always been kind and professional, my experiences with much of the other staff have been disappointing. Too often, interactions have felt rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Healthcare can already be stressful for children and families, and those seeking care deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. Unprofessional... Wendy only provided the last name M. She stated she was the manager and I can not speak to anyone else. Very argumentative and it actually doubts the caring of staff especially it being a pediatrician facility. I'm actually most likely going to transfer my child because having a special needs child and non verbal I can't continue with a facility like this one. Cross train your staff or get rid of them

We loved Dr. Finch and were with his previous practice for years before Dr. Arab closed that office down. Hated it ever since. The staff at this office are terrible. They often give wrong information, they are unprofessional, and they do not communicate at all. To the person who said try being nice first, I am always nice to them. Dismissive doctors, who spend just a few minutes with you and ready for the next one. Incompetent and rude staff. Good luck checking on any referrals that they are supposed to send. When you check on the referral with them, they don't know the medical terminology and straight tell you - "I don't know what it means, I don't know what this referral is for. Especially rude is Lourdes - she answers the phone and is totally untrained, rude and incompetent. We will likely seek a complaint with the medical board.
