It's always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Collins and his staff regarding my allergy treatment needs. He is thorough, logical, considerate, and interesting and has a wonderful bedside manner. I trust him to take good care of my allergy needs as well as address any other health concerns I may have.
Great visit but communication via the doctor/Np and the Phlebotoamist has failed and left my 3 year old child being stuck for blood after I told them no we need a few people to hold him down and they didn't listen. So now I have to attempt the draw again. Not cool
I would give the Doctor and the staff a five stars but the phone system, and the patient portal I would give it a one star. If you read any of the other reviews you will see that it's not the doctors that is the problem but the way they have the system set up.
I went for my monthly injects today but when I took my sweater off the nurse said I had a red spot on my arm and she couldn’t give me the injections. All nurses looked at it and agreed. I told them I thought it was a patch of dry skin I had scratched because it had been there a while. I was told to come back tomorrow but I have an appointment in Charlotte so that isn’t possible. I now have been told to come back next week so they can drop back a month and give me an injection and again the following week to get a maintenan... read more
Very good detail. Nice doctor. Friendly and caring. Asked my opinion of how I wanted to proceed and gave me options. Very pleased.
