I hate the newer receptionist!! I don't know what happened to the last young lady but I sure do miss her & her services. This newer one is rude, slow, always seems to be confused, etc. It takes me over 10 minutes everytime I see her to either check in or out! I don't like that I'm questioned & an answer will be given but the response never seems to be suitable enough for her. Idk how many times I've seen her & she's had to call another department to help her help me with something not so complex as I used to work for an eye ... read more
Dr R Patel and the staff was very nice. Dr Patel also gave me lots of information on my new Medications. I felt very comfortable, caredfor, and seen ☺️.
I visited the office today for annual prescription refills. Angela performed the basic medical procedures of BP, listening to heart & lungs, & scoped nostrils. All checked out normal & she was able to refill prescriptions. Very professional, thorough and helpful. Thank you.
Appointment was punctual. Friendly staff. Very nice doc. Great Communication about what to expect, etc. I would have given 5 stars if the exam room wasn’t freezing cold during the skin test, or if perhaps a blanket had been offered, being that it’s winter. ; )
I like Dr. Collins who is very likable Doctor! He showed me that he would help me anyway he could to overcome my health issues! My first impression of him and is professional skills was exceptional. Would recommend his services to other patients
