I’ve had positive experiences all around with Carolina Asthma and Allergy’s Matthews location. They are all so friendly and personable, which is rare in healthcare these days. I really enjoy having Samatha Griffin as my provider, as she seems to really care about what my issues and concerns are and has helped me get my allergies, asthma and polyps under control. I’ve also seen Dr Patel here and she’s awesome as well.
Samantha was very attentive and caring. I enjoyed my experience. The front desk staff were engaging and make you feel comfortable. Everyone I encountered was friendly.
TL;DR: They literally saved my wifes life! We both see Dr. Patel for our allergies and LOVE everyone in the office, but what I am leaving this review for is their actions last Friday when my wife went into anaphylaxis after her immunotherapy shot. (It should be noted she has never had anything more then mild swelling as a response) After she left she felt bad and woozy in a new way, so she immediately went back in. Always comes in with a smile, a polite good morning very tentative to your problems concerned about well-being. She knows her medical fields and is concerned about your personal needs. I would highly recommend her.
treated by PA-C Jessica Canaan today for a respiratory rhinitis & bronchitis. She is top notch by all measures, and prescribed the right meds, No doubt i will be back to the line of scrimmage in a few days. Everyone at CAAC Matthews is on par with Jessica --- a truly great team.
