Incredible service and experience! Both the nurse and receptionist that helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is an absolute gem too! She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions/explained the parts that were confusing and spent time talking to me on a personal level as well. There was a bit of a longer wait for me to be seen when I was in the examination room but seeing how Dr. Patel takes her time to make patients feel comfortable, made it all worth it. I visited Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center on October 17th, and it was a good experience. Although what brought me to them was not pleasant. I experienced a terrible allergy, much worse than hives. Which is strange because I have never been allergic to anything. Dr. Mrs. Patel was beyond excellent. She is a very sweet doctor. She treated me with care, she took the time to check my skin, and listened to my concerns. Raquel Durban is a good communicator, listened attentively, and explained information clearly. She delivered effective guidance that aligns with my needs and goals. She reassured me that the low FODMAP plan I follow for IBS is a sustainable approach for me. I recommend her highly!
Dr. Patel spent a good deal of time with me discussing my history and concerns. She asked a lot of questions about everything. I was very impressed with her desire to get to the root of each problem. She obviously loves what she does and is very good at it.
I had a pleasant experience with Mrs.Raquel! She showed me so much support during my eating disorder. I love the empathy she showed and the way she was passionate about her work. I hope she remembers me and knows that I thank her for getting me the help I needed when I didn’t know how to get the help. It shows her true commitment to her career and to her patients.
