Incredible service and experience! Both the nurse and receptionist that helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is an absolute gem too! She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions/explained the parts that were confusing and spent time talking to me on a personal level as well. There was a bit of a longer wait for me to be seen when I was in the examination room but seeing how Dr. Patel takes her time to make patients feel comfortable, made it all worth it. Everybody from the doctors to the front desk is so kind and knowledgeable and everybody treats you so comfortable and so kind not like you’re just a numberl it’s very hard to find people like that nowadays, I would recommend this to so many people and I will I’m so glad I found this place for my son he’s five years old and had to get his back pricked 40 times and they made him feel so comfortable its really rare to find people that are kind nowadays especially people are so rude and are very quick to write a bad review I thi... read more
I visited Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center on October 17th, and it was a good experience. Although what brought me to them was not pleasant. I experienced a terrible allergy, much worse than hives. Which is strange because I have never been allergic to anything. Dr. Mrs. Patel was beyond excellent. She is a very sweet doctor. She treated me with care, she took the time to check my skin, and listened to my concerns. Dr. Patel spent a good deal of time with me discussing my history and concerns. She asked a lot of questions about everything. I was very impressed with her desire to get to the root of each problem. She obviously loves what she does and is very good at it.
Dr. Patel is one of my favorite physicians. She is very knowledgeable and cares deeply about her patients. She is very easy to talk to and to understand when we discuss my issues. She has helped me tremendously and continues to be concerned for my health. I recommend her highly with no reservations. PS - Kudos to receptionist Asia (that's how it sounds but it's spelled differently 😄) and to nurse Jessica. Both are great ambassadors for the clinic as well as very efficient at what they do. 👍
