Incredible service and experience! Both the nurse and receptionist that helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is an absolute gem too! She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions/explained the parts that were confusing and spent time talking to me on a personal level as well. There was a bit of a longer wait for me to be seen when I was in the examination room but seeing how Dr. Patel takes her time to make patients feel comfortable, made it all worth it. I visited Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center on October 17th, and it was a good experience. Although what brought me to them was not pleasant. I experienced a terrible allergy, much worse than hives. Which is strange because I have never been allergic to anything. Dr. Mrs. Patel was beyond excellent. She is a very sweet doctor. She treated me with care, she took the time to check my skin, and listened to my concerns. Dr. Patel is one of my favorite physicians. She is very knowledgeable and cares deeply about her patients. She is very easy to talk to and to understand when we discuss my issues. She has helped me tremendously and continues to be concerned for my health. I recommend her highly with no reservations. PS - Kudos to receptionist Asia (that's how it sounds but it's spelled differently 😄) and to nurse Jessica. Both are great ambassadors for the clinic as well as very efficient at what they do. 👍
I'm so glad to have found Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center. Dr. Patel was the best, she is very informative, so nice and funny! I'm excited to have started my journey to all my many many allergies!
We have seen three different doctors at The matthew’s office and have been very pleased. They have more than made up our very bad experience from the Monroe office many many years ago. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and explain my sons condition to my u sweat and as well as his plan of treatment
