I’ve had positive experiences all around with Carolina Asthma and Allergy’s Matthews location. They are all so friendly and personable, which is rare in healthcare these days. I really enjoy having Samatha Griffin as my provider, as she seems to really care about what my issues and concerns are and has helped me get my allergies, asthma and polyps under control. I’ve also seen Dr Patel here and she’s awesome as well.
Samantha was very attentive and caring. I enjoyed my experience. The front desk staff were engaging and make you feel comfortable. Everyone I encountered was friendly.
Samantha was great today! She listened intently to my feedback of the allergy shots that I’ve been taking. She assured me that I’m going in a good direction. I had one incident involving a cat, to which I’m allergic and she prescribed albuterol. I’ve never had to use this medication and she described it’s use and how it will help me. Great visit!
Samantha Griffin, PA is very warm, professional, knowledgeable and engaged with the patient. This was my first experience with her, and I was extremely impressed! I highly recommend her!
Dr. Phillips was very professional and nice. He listened patiently to all my medical history regarding my medication allergies, or received allergies. I have a follow up next week and look forward to learning g if I am allergic to penicillin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone needing an allergist.
