I want to start off by saying this is one of the best asthma and allergy facilities in the US. From the time I walk through the door I was greeted so pleasantly by Jada A I was having trouble checking my son in due to insurance changes that I was unaware of. My son have been doing so horribly even to the point of ER visits because of bad allergy and asthma flare-ups so she did all she could do in order for him to be seen. I could not have asked for a more amazing MD for my daughter!! We have followed her from her previous practice location to Steele Creek and she is definitely worth the 1:30 drive. Thank you Dr. Bailey Gilchrist for always providing the best care for Aspen!
Somedays it feels like these allergies got me in a chokehold and I really needed someone to help me heal. Going to Dr Gilchrist was great. I felt like she listened to my concerns and went above to try and help me figure out what is really happening. She didnt rush out the room or make me feel crazy when I talked about my symptoms. I appreciated her csre and concern. Highly recommend
The facility is clean and the staff members are courteous and professional. Dr Gilchrist was very thorough and pleasant throughout my session. I'm glad I chose this facility for my allergy care.
Dr. Gilchrist is phenomenal! She has excellent bedside manner and was attentive, patient, and very empathetic. Her thoroughness and patient-centered approach to providing a comprehensive solution were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her!
