I want to start off by saying this is one of the best asthma and allergy facilities in the US. From the time I walk through the door I was greeted so pleasantly by Jada A I was having trouble checking my son in due to insurance changes that I was unaware of. My son have been doing so horribly even to the point of ER visits because of bad allergy and asthma flare-ups so she did all she could do in order for him to be seen. Dr. Gilchrist was EXTREMELY thorough in the consult and analysis of my condition. I have had severe allergies and asthma as a child and some symptoms recurring as an adult. Recently had a horrible, unexplained rash that Dr Gilchrist is currently working up. I felt that the doctor is an excellent listener, understood what I was saying, and weighed that against all diagnostics to try to help diagnose my recent rash. Dr. Gilchrist is phenomenal! She has excellent bedside manner and was attentive, patient, and very empathetic. Her thoroughness and patient-centered approach to providing a comprehensive solution were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her!
I could not have asked for a more amazing MD for my daughter!! We have followed her from her previous practice location to Steele Creek and she is definitely worth the 1:30 drive. Thank you Dr. Bailey Gilchrist for always providing the best care for Aspen!
Outstanding office! I feel like they all listened to me and my symptoms. Dr. Lapuente is so informative and encouraging. I have gone to other allergy clinics and they were not nearly as detailed and comprehensive. I’m so glad I made this appointment. It’s life changing for me!
