I have been going to Carolina Breast Specialist for over 3 years. And Every Single Time the Atmosphere, Customer Service and Overall Visits have been Truly Excellent.
These folks are so professional. In a time of covid their process is seamless, clean and as pleasant as it can be. In and out in 15 minutes. Wow!
I receive great service when have visited your office however, I am not please with the person who answers the phone. When I was there on 12/7/2021, I requested the results to be mailed to me because I never get them from my hotmail email address. When I tried to explained to the person who answered the phone that I was told in 2020 you sometimes have problem with sending through hotmail so this year I asked them to be mailed to the address I provided.
