Would not recommend this place. My neurologist sent in a referral 2x, it took 4 days for them to call me back even after messages were left, they told they did not get a referral. The neurologist office sent it in again and yet this office says no referral was sent. I will look elsewhere for help.
I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by this place. I cannot get the manager to call me back after speaking to her at great lengths and leaving several messages for her. I have wasted so much money paying co-pays and I still do not have a straight answer on what my results are from my x-rays and MRIs and what the next steps are supposed to be. Dr. Tony Owens, and staff are completely amazing! I’ve been going there for years. My sciatica hates when I go see them. Because it’s going to lose the battle every time. They take great care, and are genuinely concerned about me as a human-being. I’m so blessed to have found them! I’ve had injections in my lumbar area, as well as nerve ablations. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I can't give them 10. From the moment you walk in from the front desk, the medical techs, the PA, all are excellent, professional, caring, and polite. Then you get to see Dr Owens. I call him Dr Houdini, because I go there and he makes my pain disappear. I strongly recommend this practice without any reservation or hesitation.
I do not recommend if you need Botox for headaches/migraines. They will not buy and bill your insurance. Many other doctors will do this. I wasted months…all while being in pain. I don’t think they care. They only blame the VA but will not take any personal blame.
