Took my mom in today to get an ingrown removed. (Shes in a wheelchair) and was seen by Dr.R. He did such a great job adjusting my mom and treating her with kindness. Would def recommend. Front desk was also great, my mom puked and she was so kind to help me out. Didn't make us feel bad about the situation. Thank you guys so much .
I really enjoyed my visit here Dr Rigby was very attentive patient and informative during my exam and walked through his findings all of my options. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and colleagues to come here if they ever need any professional opinions.
Dr. Rigby is great. He was very patient and took his time with me. He did a thorough foot exam and answered all my questions. He didn't "push" anything on me that I didn't need. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a great podiatrist.
My appointment with Dr. Rigby at the Steele Creek location started with a bright, smiling face, Kayla, who checked me in. She was cheerful and informative. Dr. Rigby did an excellent job of explaining my condition to me, laying out a plan, and the follow up steps afterwards. I really enjoyed my time at this office. The front desk is amazingly welcoming and is ready to assist in any way that they can. The doctor, assistants and everyone else involved in the process is dedicated not only to helping correct problems and provide solutions, but also giving you knowledge on why those things exist.
