Both doctor Rigby and the assistant were excellent. Very professional and laid back. Made me feel very comfortable. The girl at reception was also amazing. My toe feels better already. Thank you all for taking care of my feet..
Love them Kayla Alisha and my doc was flat out amazing .very patient. He explained everything before he proceeded to make sure i was comfy and ready. I love this place and I trust him. So upsetting I forgot Dr. Name smh. Their amazing. Thank you all
I really enjoyed my time at this office. The front desk is amazingly welcoming and is ready to assist in any way that they can. The doctor, assistants and everyone else involved in the process is dedicated not only to helping correct problems and provide solutions, but also giving you knowledge on why those things exist. This was my first time visiting and I receive excellent customer service from Front desk, Kayla, Doctor Assistant and Dr Rigby for wound care for my left big toe. I’m so happy that they were able to fit me in their schedule. I was very concerned about my feet and they made me feel very happy with the findings and this will be my regular doctor. I will be going to for my feet from now on.
My appointment with Dr. Rigby at the Steele Creek location started with a bright, smiling face, Kayla, who checked me in. She was cheerful and informative. Dr. Rigby did an excellent job of explaining my condition to me, laying out a plan, and the follow up steps afterwards. I very much appreciated that he spends time with his patients and explained the anatomy and physiology behind my foot problem, and broke down the possible solutions.
