I was greeted with a warm welcome by Carnen at the front desk. Once called back I was greeted by Katherine who was exceptional in service and communication. I was told what to possibly expect. Dr. Rigby then came in with another warm greeting. He listened to my concerns and calmed by fears about those concerns. Wonderful practice.
This was my first time visiting and I receive excellent customer service from Front desk, Kayla, Doctor Assistant and Dr Rigby for wound care for my left big toe. I’m so happy that they were able to fit me in their schedule. I was very concerned about my feet and they made me feel very happy with the findings and this will be my regular doctor. I will be going to for my feet from now on.
