Couldn’t have been more pleased with the attention and care provided to my 90 year old husband.. this was our first visit and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were friendly and competent. He was in the best of hands !
First time here today. Everyone was very kind, pleasant and accommodating. Dr Rigby was very thorough, explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan. Brooke made sure I was comfortable with the instructions I was given. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!
I was greeted with a warm welcome by Carnen at the front desk. Once called back I was greeted by Katherine who was exceptional in service and communication. I was told what to possibly expect. Dr. Rigby then came in with another warm greeting. He listened to my concerns and calmed by fears about those concerns. Wonderful practice.
Dr. Rigby and his assistant Brooke from In-Stride Podiatry of Steel Creek were very kind, nice bed side manner. Explain everything that was going on with the pain in my foot which turn out to be Achilles tendonitis, he explain what I need to do to heal and next step after. I very impressed with how nice I was treated and listened too.
