My appointment with Dr. Rigby at the Steele Creek location started with a bright, smiling face, Kayla, who checked me in. She was cheerful and informative. Dr. Rigby did an excellent job of explaining my condition to me, laying out a plan, and the follow up steps afterwards. I really enjoyed my time at this office. The front desk is amazingly welcoming and is ready to assist in any way that they can. The doctor, assistants and everyone else involved in the process is dedicated not only to helping correct problems and provide solutions, but also giving you knowledge on why those things exist. Amazing experience at this clinic. Kayla is such a welcoming receptionist and Alicia the tech assistant is great! Dr.Rigby helped me understand my foot condition after a sub-par diagnosis at another clinic. He’s professional and has an amazing bedside manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fantastic podiatrists!
