I took out a title loan with these people with ease. It all goes well when they're there to give you money. But towards the end they become real difficult. So much so that they don't answer their phone or want to talk to you. They are very difficult to get in touch with. And when you do your met with Attitude whenever you're just trying to resolve an issue. I paid my title loan off at a different location because of the issues I had with this location. I know Mrs. Monique is not my mother, but she sure keeps up with me like my mama. I really have enjoyed the help she has given our family. My fears of calling collectors and such have been so through the roof, NOT with her. Monique has made things understandable, reasonable, personable and a breath of fresh air. Thank you so so much!

Very very very very very very very very very very very ghetto customer service don't waste your time not to mention the interest is above and beyond customer service wasn't even there 5 minutes and she discussing my business in front of people that I don't know it was very insulting at the same time embarrassing she shouldn't be a manager Miss Julie whatever her last name is but don't waste your time at this Carolina title loan in Summerville SC
