I took out a title loan with these people with ease. It all goes well when they're there to give you money. But towards the end they become real difficult. So much so that they don't answer their phone or want to talk to you. They are very difficult to get in touch with. And when you do your met with Attitude whenever you're just trying to resolve an issue. I paid my title loan off at a different location because of the issues I had with this location. I know Mrs. Monique is not my mother, but she sure keeps up with me like my mama. I really have enjoyed the help she has given our family.
