This office made me feel like I was the queen. They have INCREDIBLE bedside manner. Today at my appointment before my procedure the asked if I needed to use the restroom first, brought me a warm blanket and offered a bottle of water. And at the end I was given a hot towel that smelled good to wipe my face! WOW I didn’t know I bought a first class ticket for my root canal. Dr. Miller and his staff were great. I've had a lot of dental work lately and was not looking forward to a root canal. I did not experience any discomfort during the procedure. His assistant (sorry didn't get her name) was awesome! She really provide me with comfort by patting my shoulder. I hope I don't need another root canal but if I do I'll certainly will choose them again.
Dr. Miller & Hilda were fantastic during my root canal appointment. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting throughout the whole procedure. Overall, it was a pleasant and painless experience!
Dr. Hockett is new best friend! He is a superstar and his assistant (Emily I believe) was amazing! I had to get a root canal and I felt nothing!! I’m a nurse and I told everyone at my job that this is the absolute place to go! They both deserve raises. The lady at the front desk was very kind and sweet! Such and easy seamless process! Thank you guys!
Considerate staff. Dr. Miller was running late and they called me to advise so I could take my time getting there and not have to wait in the lobby. They make you feel comfortable even though that is probably the last place you want to be.
