Great experience for an emergency. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. The doctor was amazing. Extremely satisfied with everything. Was able to get a same day appointment and everything went great. They saved my New Year's night plans. So grateful.
We arrived at 7AM for our appointments. This was our first appointment at this facility. We Iwere greeted by the front desk person who had just unlocked the door. She was pleasant and informed us that our paperwork was already completed.My wife was called after a five minute wait, and I was called one minute later by Dr. Langley. An edge of a filling that was done by my previous dentist was noticed during my cleaning last Friday. This past Tuesday, I had an appointment to get it fixed that fast. I am not joking when I say it took longer for the numbing agent to kick in than the rest of the filling itself took. Dr. Sambuchi is AWESOME, she works quickly, gently, and does an amazing job. I have been to this office now for two visits….. I am highly impressed at the courtesy and professionalism of the staff…. After my exam and findings, everything was explained in detail, and I knew exactly what my insurance was paying, and what I had to pay out-of-pocket upfront….. I have to admit I’ve never been a great fan of going to the dentist, but this office and staff has made it “too easy”…. I would recommend this office and staff to my friends and family 👍👍
