I enjoy coming in for my checkups! Pleasant and courteous staff as they follow up to remind me of my appointments (I like that). Easy to travel to and plenty of parking. My doctor, Dr. Langley is the best! When I leave the office it feels like I have left the spa rather than a dental appointment, that’s how relaxed and comfortable my doctor and her staff makes me feel. I highly recommend CED to family and friends alike. Thank you for all that you do!
Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Clean waiting room with water and coffee available. Check in was easy and we were called back within 10 minutes of our appointment time. I was most impressed with the hygienist (Juju) & dentist who were both so gentle and made my 3 year old feel safe. He had a great experience and was proud he earned a prize on the way out. They also offer an in house insurance plan that was very helpful!
This was my first visit with CarolinasDentist. I was extremely nervous, but the hygienist I had was absolutely amazing! My dentist was so down-to-earth. Since taking care of your teeth is a necessity, I'm truly thankful to have a place to go that makes me feel extremely comfortable. 💙💜
Tia was great! She made me very comfortable by being patient while I completed the intake form. Then she double checked the information and caught some items I missed. She was polite and courteous which helped with adjusting to a new dentist! She and the Dr. explained everything and answered questions and that helped me to relax.
I am not a go to the dentist kind of person until I have no choice. My husband was able to come back with me which made it somewhat bearable. Everyone from check in to check out was very professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I am very happy with the treatment that was planned for me and as terrified as I am about dental work, they made me feel at ease. It's the first time that I actually feel like I might get to smile, talk and eat comfortably. So thank you.
