We arrived at 7AM for our appointments. This was our first appointment at this facility. We Iwere greeted by the front desk person who had just unlocked the door. She was pleasant and informed us that our paperwork was already completed.My wife was called after a five minute wait, and I was called one minute later by Dr. Langley. Today: It has been four years since I have visited Carolina Dentists. Management, Please take time to listen to the list of the outstanding highlights I enjoyed today: 1. I have been to this office now for two visits….. I am highly impressed at the courtesy and professionalism of the staff…. After my exam and findings, everything was explained in detail, and I knew exactly what my insurance was paying, and what I had to pay out-of-pocket upfront….. I have to admit I’ve never been a great fan of going to the dentist, but this office and staff has made it “too easy”…. I would recommend this office and staff to my friends and family 👍👍
The patience shown, by my hygienist, thoroughly answering my questions is amazing. I wish all my medical care providers were as helpful and competent. My teeth cleanings are superior. I’m in my 70’s and over the years have been seen by many hygienists and Molli has proven to be the best.
Great experience for an emergency. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. The doctor was amazing. Extremely satisfied with everything. Was able to get a same day appointment and everything went great. They saved my New Year's night plans. So grateful.
