I've never had a pain free dental visit until now. Carrie, the hygienist, was so gentle and explained everything she was about to do. The women at the front, Ashley and Bridget, couldn't have been more helpful in setting up my last minute appointments. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Happy to have found them.
Everyone here is extremely positive. My experience here has been great so far. Allison, is so thorough and thoughtful as a hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable and had a clear understanding of each step of the cleaning procedure. I appreciated the clear visual feedback for areas I should focus on in my daily routine.
I told about my tooth ache, Friday they told me they will have tooth extracted done right now. I forgot the assistant and the dentist who done it, they did amazing job! I have no problem during the extraction was getting done. They make me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thanks to my sister and boyfriend for recommending Carolina’s Dentist to me
Horrible billing and scam artists. Weeks ago they said I was ok for a 2nd cleaning with my insurance, days later I get a call I have a bill because I already had 2 cleanings in 12 months. They never checked with my insurance and lied. I wasn't happy and asked they send me a bill. They said it would go out in a couple days. I never received the bill. On my 1st visit for a cleaning, Pam was my technician and I thought that I had hit the jackpot with the professionalism and customer care provided. I had my 2nd visit today and to my surprise, Pam was not my technician. I was treated by Allison. And let me say that I was equally impressed by the professionalism and care provided! It’s obvious that this Carolina Dentists location places customer care and professionalism as a priority!
