I cannot recommend Dr. McDaniel enough! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. She is incredibly nice, patient, and always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and understand what’s going on. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and their trustworthiness is unmatched. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely puts your needs first and creates a calm, welcoming environment, this is the place to go. I’m so glad I found them!
Great experience! The ladies that I got to work with were amazing, knowledgeable, kind and just created a great atmosphere all together. I have a little bit of a fear of the dentist, I let them know and they were so kind about it and made sure I felt comfortable. 10/10 from the moment you speak with the receptionist to checking out with the consultant!
Had an appointment today and had a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and I was taken back promptly. During my visit, they took X-rays and did a thorough cleaning while I watched TV mounted on the ceiling, which made the process more comfortable. The team answered all my questions clearly, checked my insurance guidelines—including waiting periods—and explained everything in detail. They also used a camera to show and discuss areas of concern with detailed images, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
The hygienist was on time. Acknowledged my sensitivity and put me at ease telling me she would use (whatever the medication) on my teeth/gums before beginning the cleaning. She also indicated during the cleaning she would clean my sensitive area by hand. I had a pleasant experience, and for me that was awesome because I tend to get tense.
I have returned to FV after almost 3 years and when it came to choosing a dentist there really was no question. I was returning to Carolinas Dentist , if they would have me. I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled for Friday that same week. This practice continues to exceed my expectations. I was greeted warmly and checked in promptly.
