All hygienists and doctors and front desk folks were very professional and courteous. Everyone with whom we interacted were knowledgeable and explained properly. Best part is they upfront explain you what is covered in the insurance and how much we are expected to pay beforehand, which is quiet rare. Sometimes early appointments not available but we can call and check directly with the clinic. Overall very satisfied. Keep up the good work. Thanks
Had been with another dentist is the area for 15 years. The customer service there had definately gone downhill. I am very pleased that Carolinas dentist are professionals at what they do, far exceeding my expectations. Everyone, including the front desk staff, young lady who did the xrays, dental hygienst, man assisting the dentist, and the dentist herself, were warm and friendly and consummate professionals. If they did not know the answer to my question, they found out the answer. I have no regrets changing dentists.
I highly recommend! I have terrible anxiety being at the dentist but Dr. McDaniel and her assistant, Leah, are amazing. They went out of their way to make me comfortable throughout my procedure. Friendly staff from checking in to checking out as well.
I recently had an experience at Carolina Dentist with Dr. McDaniel's dental practice that was exceptional, particularly during an unexpected dental emergency. Well, I am not typically a fan of a chain Dentist office and sometimes my visits are not always the best. My experience today putting a crown on was amazing. The dentist was informative and made sure I did not have any pain or discomfort and I was out of my appointment less time than expected
