I was extremely impressed with all the people I had encountered. Starting with the lady's at the front desk. I was given a tablet to complete my registration. I was advised that if I had any difficulties with it they would help me. I was taken back to an examination room an nice young lady name Haley explained what she would be doing an why. She helped me complete the tablet and then took the x-rays that were needed. Then a nice hygienist came in the room and took measurements. A great experience! Everyone was fantastic. Tatum was welcoming and ensured I was comfortable, Hannah is easily the best hygienist I have ever seen, and Dr. Lee is literally the greatest dentist EVER!

I basically stopped going to the dentist for a few years after a bad experience at my previous dentist. I was a little nervous to go back, but I’m glad I chose Carolina’s Dentist in Fuquay. I’ve had three fillings and a tooth extraction over the past couple of months (things had gotten out of hand) and they all went really smoothly. Their front office is really easy to work with and flexible, and the quality of dental care I’ve received has been excellent. This review is solely about the appointment scheduling staff at this clinic. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to two separate emergency situations. As a postpartum mother, I don’t feel I should have to explain or justify emergency-related rescheduling. The first reschedule was handled smoothly. However, during the second attempt, the staff member I spoke with was noticeably rude and informed me that I would be charged a $50 fee for rescheduling. I have an extreme fear of dental pain. My anxiety was completely gone the minute I sat down in the chair for X-rays and by the time I was leaving, after seeing the hygienist and dentist - I was smiling. Not because of how my teeth were, (ok yeah, that too) but how they made me feel at ease and relaxed. This is definitely the place to go for anything pertaining to your teeth!
