I was extremely impressed with all the people I had encountered. Starting with the lady's at the front desk. I was given a tablet to complete my registration. I was advised that if I had any difficulties with it they would help me. I was taken back to an examination room an nice young lady name Haley explained what she would be doing an why. This review is solely about the appointment scheduling staff at this clinic. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to two separate emergency situations. As a postpartum mother, I don’t feel I should have to explain or justify emergency-related rescheduling. The first reschedule was handled smoothly. However, during the second attempt, the staff member I spoke with was noticeably rude and informed me that I would be charged a $50 fee for rescheduling. It was my first time here, unfortunately, after I fell and broke my front tooth. I had an amazing experience from scheduling the appointment to the appointment itself and the work was impeccable. Everyone was so kind and professional. I am extremely pleased.
It is the first time I go to a dentist that check every tooth one by one and makes sure you get the right treatment. The treatment plan was very well explained by the dentist and the payment methods they have/use are convenient. I definitely will recommend it. Plus they are very patient and nice, they answer all your questions and give you time to take decisions without pressure.
Jada did an excellent job. This was the first time that I had absolutely no discomfort with a teeth cleaning. Dr. Lee was thorough. Both women made me feel they really cared about my dental health.
