My first visit there was a great experience. The office staff were very friendly and very helpful. Dr Woods and his assistant Taylor were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had the most amazing experience today, and I'm absolutely so confident knowing I can trust this office with my care. I'm not even kidding when I say everyone I met today was so nice and made me feel so at ease. I had an emergency appointment and they really took care of me. It does genuinely feel good to know I will be coming back for more care, with a provider I feel comfortable with. Thanks!!!
Today I had my Invisalign consultation with Dr. Wood. As in all my other experiences with him, he was very thorough and explained everything. Last time I saw Dr. Wood it was for a crown and it was the best experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and start using Carolinas Dentist.
Dr. Daniel Woods really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and listen ti my needs. My whole experience went really well. My dental assistant was so wonderful as well. She even got me a blanket because I was cold :) Highly recommend!
Dr. Claudia and the hygienists are always friendly and professional. Dr. Claudia did a crown and then replaced it for me 3 months later. Very minimal downtime for each procedure and no issues. I highly recommend them!
