I was so impressed with my mother's first visit! The entire team, particularly Cameron and Shelby, went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Dr. Berto was knowledgeable, caring, and a pleasure to interact with. Without a doubt, this practice is top-notch!
Went in for some treatment today with Dr Berto and Brittany. My teeth look great now that it’s all said and done. As much as it sucks to need to get some fillings they made the appointment very comfortable and as enjoyable as it could be. Both of them took care to check in on me throughout and I really appreciated it!
I received an appointment very quickly for starters when my wife had her visit she was quite pleased with everyone’s professionalism. My wait time was very quick, the equipment used for my X-ray was very comfortable and painless compared to my current dentist office have used over the last 4 years. My hygienist and oral surgeon were very detailed with my procedure and review to get my next treatment underway.
I visited this office for the first time with hopes of having a crown done, and had a wonderful first meeting with Dr. Berto who was super sweet and friendly and made me feel welcome as a new patient. However, trying to get my insurance questions figured out and squared away before having the procedure done was a really bad experience, as nobody could give me any straight answers even after me having reached out for a pretreatment estimate from my insurance ( and I had to call multiple times over two weeks without ever havin... read more
This is the most technologically advanced dental office I have ever received dental care. It also has the most extensive, highly knowledgeable and professional staff throughout. Dr. Lundgren is exceptional. After my first visit, she comprehensively explained my current dental issues in a way no other dentist has before and created a systematic plan to fix everything. She also helped my wife in the same way. I/we couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this dental office!!
