I had a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how informative and caring they were—I left feeling confident about my dental care. Highly recommend!
Dr. David and his assistant did a fantastic job! He has a very steady hand. I felt little to no pain in my root canal procedure. Dr. David and his assistant were both very attentive to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated me when I requested it. They both were professional, nice, and courteous. I did have insurance help pay a little bit of it, but the price was amazing. I ended up paying a lot less than I anticipated, so that was a huge relief for me. Great experience at Carolinas Dentist in Cary, NC! The office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were all friendly, professional, considerate, and helpful. My concerns were discussed and the appt did not feel rushed. It was easy to schedule an appt online and I was able to schedule a next day appt for my son. They checked our dental insurance and texted me to let me know that we had reached our maximum available yearly dental coverage for my son. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was seen 5 minutes after I got there. The staff is friendly. My cleaning and check up went smoothly. I’m glad I found this place. Will be my dentist for as long as I live here.
