Excellent service from start to finish. Receptionists were very accommodating and friendly. I was actually way too early but they worked me in. Dr. Rachel met me at the door and walked me to the exam room while explaining everything. She and then a very nice young lady named Sierra listened carefully to all my concerns and assured me that they would take care of things. Upon arrival today I was very nervous and uneasy, however after I was greeted by Maya she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Her care and professionalism was exceptional. When Sr. Desch arrived she also made me comfortable explaining to best options for me. I've never received such wonderful treatment from the entire staff. I must say from the door to the floor I was pleased. I look forward to making this place my forever dentist!
I’ve been coming to this dental office since November, and it’s been an amazing experience from the start. I had crooked bottom teeth, and now, thanks to Invisalign and the office’s outstanding services, everything is perfectly straight. Dr. Lauren Steddum and Sierra were incredible throughout the process: friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a supportive environment.
I needed an emergency dental visit and Carolina dentist beyond exceeded my expectations! Susan and Dr. Dudleck were amazing and worked quickly to get my problem solved! The office is beautiful and very clean and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I am transferring my care to them as well as already have my next appointment!
Yesterday, I had an appointment, and the level of attention and professionalism shown by everyone was exceptional compared to other clinics. Thank you for making me feel calm and safe throughout my visit. This is the first time I haven't felt stressed during a dental appointment! They speak Spanish, too.
