Carolina’s Dentist at the Pointe is the best!! Dr Lefeber and Dr Bodah are professional and friendly, I completely trust them to provide the best care! My hygienist, Miesha, does a great job and is very personable, she always makes me laugh at my visits. She also hooks me up with a new toothbrush/toothpaste too! Going to the dentist isn’t so bad if you’re seeing the right people!! I highly recommend Carolina’s Dentist at the Pointe.
The worst experience I've ever had in my life, and one I've never been able to get over. I paid a fortune to have a dental bridge made by Dr. Bodah, and he did a terrible job. About three days after he put it in, the bridge fell out. I had to wait a long time, and they forced me to sign a form saying that I liked the bridge they were going to put back in. Then, the dental bridge they put back in was installed incorrectly, and I've had complications. I complained several times until they sent me a letter saying that they had ... read more
CarolinasDentist Team, I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my first visit to your Wilmington - The Pointe office. From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The staff member handling x-rays also did a great job and made the process a breeze. An excellent experience from start to finish. Reception is welcoming, organized, and efficient with scheduling and check-in. The hygienist Teigan is thorough yet gentle, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning.
