The staff cares about you as a person! They are so patient and kind. I was getting a lot of work done and had to pause them 3 times during to use the restroom. They showed no irritation and were very kind and easy going. Plus they do excellent work and make sure that you are always comfortable. I've found my forever dentist and I couldn't be happier about it.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Carolinas Dentist. From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly-Ashley checked me in. My dental hygienist, Karla, was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, took her time with my cleaning, provided details to what she was doing as she did it, and ensured my teeth were cleaned to my liking. From the time I walked in the door, my experience was simply amazing. My old dentist retired so I was super nervous about trying anyone else. They ALL made me feel at ease, very welcoming, honest, and just AWESOME! Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. The atmosphere was calm and settling. I didn’t feel pressured about anything and they offered the best recommendations and savings. I can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
As a first time customer, I had an appointment with Dr.Woolf and his assistant. I had a great free-pain experience. The cost for my care and treatment was below what I was expecting. So very budget friendly. I’m happy, highly recommended, staff was also nice. Everyone was cheerful and happy.
My experience with local anesthesia at another Dental Practice had left me with reservations and an unpleasant experience with local anesthesia, which was over 10 years ago. However, my experience with Dr.Woolf exceeded my expectations, he was gentle and numbed me very well. I felt absolutely no pain. I’d most definitely recommend him for your dental work. Angela P.
