This office was so polite and professional and accommodating. I needed a rush appointment and they did the absolute best in making sure I saw the Dr next day. Front desk was so pleasant and professional and welcoming. The Dr was on point and covered every concern I had. Office was so clean and the ma was also very polite and welcoming. 10 out of 10 for this office
Dr Lu is very caring. She is also knowledgeable about women’s issues which I appreciate as a an older woman. She never seems rushed and spends time listening and answering my questions and explaing everything clearly. The office staff is also friendly and efficient. The wait time to see the doctor is less than 10 min. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lu.
I am a 75 year old male who had my first experience with a urologist yesterday. I went to Georgia Urology to see Dr. Lu. I found her to be very professional, intelligent, and capable in addressing my physical limitations being disabled as well as my urological problems. I was very happy with my visit. She discussed possible causes for my frequent UTI’s and gave me tools to help. I’d like to have her as my main physician in your practice. I haven’t been able to get appointments with Dr Hebert when I need. I forgot to share my history of a kidney stone and lithotripsy treatment several years back. I’ll need to find my info and send to the office. Thank you!
I’ve seen Dr. Lu twice at this location. Love her! She’s smart, she listens and she stays on schedule. Her office is far from my home so I tried another urologist at a different large practice much closer. Saw a PA who was dismissive and I decided Dr. Lu is worth the drive. And she is!!
