Dr. Lu is an excellent physician. The three times I’ve seen her, she was thorough, yet kind and very considerate. She approaches urology from a holistic standpoint, and doesn’t immediately jump to the most invasive solution. I’m hopeful in my condition improving with Dr. Lu’s help and guidance.
I really appreciated the entire experience from scheduling to every moment in the office. I was not asked to repeat information I took the time to complete online ahead of time. That was HUGE! Dr. Lu cared about how she pronounced my name!! How considerate !! These seem like givens, but they are NOT done at other doctors offices. Dr. Lu was thorough, understanding, flexible and overall wonderful. Thank you for a terrific visit and allowing me to feel comfortable and confident in the care I am receiving.
