This office was so polite and professional and accommodating. I needed a rush appointment and they did the absolute best in making sure I saw the Dr next day. Front desk was so pleasant and professional and welcoming. The Dr was on point and covered every concern I had. Dr. Caroline was extremely understanding, supportive, and professional throughout my treatment. She patiently listened to all my concerns, made me feel very comfortable, and guided me with the right advice and medications for improving my urinary problems and sexual performance. Her caring attitude, clear explanations, and continuous support gave me a lot of confidence and relief. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend Dr. Caroline to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
From my first visit with a representative from this office, I was pleased. Then when my actual appointment came, nothing changed from the minute I walked in. Front desk Lateitha was amazing, then Dr Lu. Knowledgeable and empathetic. What more could I ask for.

Dr Caroline Lu is a spectacular physician and I’m sure equally spectacular person in all walks of her life! Her demeanor, professionalism, humanism, kindheartedness, and attention to detail are noteworthy. I would have her as a primary physician if she was not a specialist.
