First time seeing Dr Lu. Very personable. I never felt the appointment was rushed. Took time to listen to my concerns and was clear in outlining my current situation and next steps.
She is amazing. She is direct, informative, compassionate and attentive. It is a tough time for me but she has made my process much easier to deal with.
Dr. Lu is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Her staff at the office and at the ambulatory is also very respectful and efficient.
Thus far, Dr.Lu continues to be very personable, straightforward, and detailed oriented. She gives simple, clear advice. The office staff has been efficient and easy to deal with. I would recommend her.
