Dr. Sowell is an outstanding ophthalmologist. I had my first appointment with her yesterday afternoon. She thoroughly educated me on all aspects of my upcoming cataract surgeries ans allowed me the opportunity on multiple occasions to ask questions or seek clarification. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is amazing as well.
Dr. Caroline Sowell is amazing! I have had amazing experience during my cataract surgery. Dr. Sowell and her team of nurses worked so professionally and accurately that it amazed me. I suggest Dr. Sowell to everyone who need to solve eyes issues.
She is super sweet and a pleasure to talk to. She took time to talk to me about all my concerns and even a few I didn’t think of. She never made me feel rushed or anything else like that. She definitely made me feel better about my eye issues and made the whole experience to end up being one of the better parts of my day. Her staff is just as friendly as well. I’ll definitely be going back.
It’s a pleasure to provide a review for my experience with Dr. Caroline Sowell. My first appointment was last Friday, and I found her to be totally dedicated to her profession as an Ophthalmologist and to my care as her patient. Her excellence in caring for me was a 10+. First visit. Highly professional and courteous staff. Dr Sowell listened and offered encouraging plan of care for a 3 month ongoing issue with eyes. Looking forward to next visit. I would definitely recommend to others. 2nd visit incredibly thoughtful and not afraid to consult others about my ongoing eye condition which seems to be rare with changing symptoms. Easy to communicate with and understands my concerns. Grateful to her for my improvement so far
