Carolyn was empathetic and kind while also being very knowledgeable about the medications she recommended. She made our daughter feel safe talking about difficult topics and made her feel understood. She has been a good fit for our family, I would definetly recommend, especially for teens!
Carolyn is very knowledgeable and personable, She quickly noticed that if I wanted a therapist it would be someone who could talk to me cognitively about my problems
Carolyn is THE BEST! She is always 5 stars. Unfortunately the current office and staff she has to work with are not the best! It is difficult to schedule urgent appts. The current staff is never friendly and they will ignore you and leave you waiting at the counter forever! The previous staff was so great and would help you quickly. But I will take whatever they dish out just to see Carolyn, since she is so caring, friendly, easy to speak to, and so sweet.
