I rented a unit from here for a months. The staff are friendly, and respectful. The units are sheds, decent size. The only downside to the lot was it doesn’t have a lot of room for larger vehicles. My truck can make 3 point turns but my suv does perfect there. Would recommend to others.
Not even sure where to begin, I’ve been getting harassed by an employee there named Shawn. I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. He calls me from his work phone leaving vulgar messages. He’s mad because he’s incompetent, charged me the wrong amount, gave me the wrong truck, couldn’t give me my money back. Relatively long customer, so I went through the transition to the new owners, and I have not experienced any downgrade in customer service nor the quality of the storage containers. I had a shed previously and had no issues with that storage unit either.
Was very impressed very friendly and multitasking with ease. The prices were very reasonable.
