The people that live there are great. Management is awful to the tenants. Tawana is a liar and they like to rip off the elderly when they move out! If you do rent from them and decide to move out, make sure you get a copy of the 30 day notice form. Otherwise they will say you didn't give 30 days notice and will keep your deposit.
Unfortunately, my family and I didn't qualify for an apartment at Carpenters Square, but Tawana (office manager) is extremely helpful...Tawana directed me to a website that could; she is also prompt with emails and phone calls.
I’ve been trying to find status of my application.obviously under new mgmt and new mgr never in office! My calls not being returned!
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW LONG THE WAITLIST IS FOR THIS PLACE
Management is horrible and over demanding - they think they are dictators.
