The staff in the store, the guy that did the measuring and quote, and the installers were all very friendly and helpful. The install was pretty quick, and the finished product is very nice. They installed carpet in 2 rooms that I had remodeled and painted. I planned on having to touch up the paint, and was pleasantly surprised at how little touch up was needed. I was also very impressed with how nice they make the edges look where it buts up to other floors. No transition strips needed.
Stephanie at the Bryan store is AWESOME!!!! We love our carpet and vinyl flooring. The installers were very professional and courteous. Stephanie was there every step of the way!!!!
They put down new flooring in the makerspace and did a nice job. No messes and the floor looks great.
They where awesome! Quick friendly and got me set up with a uhaul tow dolly quicker than snakes on glass! Would highly recommend if you need uhaul stuff. Can't say anything about carpet though since I didn't get any.
Good people to buy carpet from. Good quality, fair prices. Went way beyond when installed. Highly recommend. Charlie goes the extra mile. Owners are honest folks. Thank you again. Highly recommend.
