they “lost my full deposit” and only could give me partial deposit they told me they would get me the full deposit and never seen it at all
It's a nice little off the beaten path community. The real reason for 3 stars is simple. I do Instacart on the side. I'm in your area quite often. Unfortunately not often enough to figure out why my GPS enters a Bermuda triangle so to speak once I enter the park. Normally wouldn't be an issue as I tend to have pretty good directional ability. Being from a South Chicago suburb I was skeptical moving to streator IL. I'm 57 and disabled and thought such a big move over and got from my family was going to be difficult. But I found that carriage lane estates was the perfect fit for me. Everyone is super friendly there are brand new trailers going in almost daily and Rachel the office manager is one of the nicest and helpful person I have ever met. Wonderful park manager here!! Finally got the road fixed thanks! She is always trying to get things done for us! Very professional and kind especially considering everything she has to deal with. Thanks Rachel you are the best!
Replied to an ad on Facebook, met with a manager, put down a deposit and couple months rent, moved in pretty quickly. The unit we chose was brand new so there was some setup to be done before we took the unit but almost everything was perfectly smooth.
