Do not move to this community! In the three years I've been here there has been a shooting directly outside my trailer and two of my kids have been attacked by dogs. One to the point of needing surgery. They do not listen to their community members, they do not answer the phone, they never respond to messages, and rarely are in the office. Stay far far far away from this place. Nearly 1300 a month, feeling trapped, and very unsafe.
Rachel the owner about 3 years ago was the best thing to happen to this place. Since then we have had 6 different managers. Nobody answers the phone nothing gets fixed. Walk through the park everyone feels the same. Instead of working with people who have lived here for years. They walked through left notices to clean up but won’t fix homes. Lost my lease in an apparent switch of systems. Concerned about “certain pets” now yet have every breed in the park.
We went to view the homes . They are nice . I don’t see paying 1188. For a mobile home though .
Our family drove 2 hours away for an appointment to view a home at 11:00AM on 9/27/2024 and nobody was in the office. It is extremely unprofessional to constantly send reminders of the appointment and then end up not showing up or even responding. Nobody answered the phones, returned an email or anything. Nobody was in the main office or the site. What a waste of time and gas. I am pissed. Beautiful Streets ! Quiet ! No trouble ! Great for taking a walk ! Very clean ! Happy times ! Great for all ages.
