Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lisa, my hygienist, took her time and explained everything she was doing before proceeding. She asked if I needed a break etc. She was thorough and gentle. Definitely would recommend Carrville Family Dentistry!!!!!
No one enjoys going to the dentist, but Carrville makes it much easier and less worrisome. The staff is very professional and skilled, the appointments are prompt and timely, and the receptionists always try to make the visit a little better. The front desk staff is the face of any clinic, and today’s experience was a total failure. The person working the front desk was beyond impatient and treated my dental emergency with complete indifference. She interrupted me multiple times to vent about being "busy" and ignored the fact that I had a broken tooth until I repeated it for the third time.
