When my Insurance company had me take my truck there after hitting a deer, it was horrible. They kept my truck longer than promised, the bumper wasn't put on all the way, and they never hooked up my front bumper sensors. A friend had to get under there only to find out they weren't even plugged up. Won't EVER go there again.

If I left a 1 it was RIDICULOUSLY generous and only because of the accounting manager, the GEICO adjuster and the receptionists. I dropped my car off on 12/21/21. Granted, I know it's holiday season and I expected there to be delays in service and parts because of that. My car is a 2012 Honda Civic SI and because it's older I also anticipated parts being hard to find. I got my car back TODAY (1/28/22).
