We were originally given the invoice the beginning of July. We were told 7 to 10 days to get the batteries. Problem on our end and finally paid for invoice the beginning of August. No follow up from the company. I left several messages and only got return calls 2 times. There is no direct number to talk to anyone. Here it is the beginning of September and we still do not have the batteries. They were sent to the wrong store a week ago.
