Keith was very easy to work with and patient. We went in the store over a week ago with many question. He was very knowledgeable about the golf carts he sells as well as other brands. He was not pushy like some stores. He gave us a call today to let us know that some of the golf carts were going on sale. We went in today and finally bought our 1st golf cart. Thank you very much Keith.
DO NOT BUY A CART FROM THIS COMPANY. They have NO idea what they are doing. They will tell you anything to sell you a cart. This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my entire life. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not listen to ANY of the promises the salespeople make.
Bought a golf cart on Saturday and was driving home with it and the windshield blew out causing alot of damage. Called the dealer and was told that because I was towing it at over 45 mph the damage wasn't covered. If this was the case the sales person should have informed us and we could have taken a different route home or removed or wrapped the windshield. Now I have a golf cart that hasn't been driven yet with ripped seats and damaged components.
Unbelievable experience with Keith…. super helpful and transparent about everything and the cart is awesome! Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience, and great product. Make sure to ask for Gerson, he is the general manager. He was courteous, helpful and made the purchase of my Rookie a breeze. A definite recommendation to all my friends and family. 5 stars!
