I don’t know why Birdeye will not let me remove this review! The Norcross store has done everything they can to help me and resolve my concerns. My negative review needs to come down but it will not let me. Please do not let my previous review negatively reflect on Cart Nation Norcross. Especially Qiana Heard in sales. She is amazing at her job and truly cares about her customers.

While the cart itself might be a good cart, the customer service is atrocious. I was talking into buying A five-year extended warranty on this cart and paid $1000 for it. I was not told that the extended warranty would be non-transferable. Now that I am considering selling this cart they’re telling me it cannot be transferred and it cannot be canceled and refunded for the unused portion.
