Qianna is the only reason I purchased. Her professionalism is a lost art. From product selection through delivery, she provided assistance and updates along the way. Only area beyond her control was fabrication and dealer prep. After I placed vehicle in service, I discovered stripped bolts, wrong windshield installed and bolts never torched at all. Manufacturing and design along with performance has me completely satisfied.
