Oddly enough we originally were shopping for my wife and I to get a hot tub but next door I found Cart Nation and ended up getting myself something for the campgrounds we have. Elaine was great she asked me a lot of questions to make sure I was picking the one that made the most sense to fit our needs even when I did not know the questions to ask. Elaine at the Rochester, NY location was amazing. Any question I had she answered and gave the best advice as to what would be the best choice for our family. We were very pleased with our experience with Elaine.
Elaine is amazing to work with, my husband and I had no idea about golf carts and she took the time to go through the different options and types. She followed up with us after we left about a cart we really liked and we bought a new cart. She is all about her customers and customer service. Thank you for everything, we are so excited for our new cart!!!
Elaine was excellent. She got us a great deal on our golf cart, went out of her way to make sure everything went well, and made sure we were completely satisfied. We would/will buy from her again.
