Elaine is amazing to work with, my husband and I had no idea about golf carts and she took the time to go through the different options and types. She followed up with us after we left about a cart we really liked and we bought a new cart. She is all about her customers and customer service. Thank you for everything, we are so excited for our new cart!!!

I dealt with Elaine. I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience warranted it. She was awesome from beginning till end of the process. You don’t get exceptional customer service like that very often these days. Highly recommended!! Thanks Elaine!

I dealt with elaine in Rochester, ny. She was great. Very knowledgeable,down to earth and friendly. She answered all of my questions quickly and explained the process thoroughly. If I get another cart, I would definitely go through her again. Had no issues with anything. I didnt have any issue with delivery. It did take me just over a week to get my cart because the one I wanted was in Rhode Island. Which was not an issue with me.
