Becky Jackson and Brad Richardson represent the epitome of customer service. From the start Becky was overly communicative even following up after hours and on weekends. Having a few hiccups in our process of purchasing our new hot tub allowed these 2 to shine. I’m very pleased with our purchase and even more so because Becky has become a friend I’ve never even met!
