Had a great experience with Mark and Aqua Living. I had looked at several of makers and the Aqua Living Spa is definitely superior. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mark did a great job answering all my questions. I had an unusual place to place my hot tub so Mark wouldn't take my money until he was sure the tub could be placed where I wanted it. Eric and Ivan did great with the delivery. Mark continues his great service after the sale when I have questions.
Absolutely amazing hot tub (Catalina Model) and no one that I researched comes even close to their prices, and they’re the best quality too! I highly recommend them, they’re in lutz off route 41 at the Good Guys Carts shop. They also make golf carts. Made in The USA in Tennessee. I had a great experience with the sales process and Mark D., was so informative and didn’t pressure us into buying but we did and happy we did.
Mark's customer service was exceptional! He was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to go over my needs and making it easy to trust his recommendations.
